S. J. Chief a Engineer M/Y Paraffin

Project growth is the enemy of every refit, add to that a bow wave of maintenance to be completed and you might appreciate that tying up your Chief Engineer to manage contractors and yard personnel who speak a foreign language during a refit is counter productive.

I have worked with Frank Garcia on two occasions at MB92 and it has been proven a success.

Frank is explained the scope of work and the budget constraints during the first meeting with the boat and he then takes command of the tasks freeing up the Captain and Chief Engineer to complete other work.  Since Frank knows almost all of the contractors and staff at MB92 personally he  immediately takes a pragmatic view getting the work done quickly and diplomatically with minimal growth.  “Lost in translation” problems do not occur and thus everyone works more happily and productively.

I can recommend the services of Frank Garcia without reservation.
